Diva Martini • for Johnny, my wonderful friend that inspired me to create West Coast Diva (low in carbs & calories!)
-
Fill martini shaker with crushed ice
-
Add 4 oz Stoli Citrus Vodka
-
Add 1 oz Cran-Raspberry (light or low sugar version)
-
Shake until shaker ices over
-
Pour into 2 chilled martini glasses
-
Add a splash of sugar-free Red Bull
-
Toast and Enjoy! |

JD’s Diva Crème • submitted by our friend Jerry, FDNY, Diva Fan and supporter (high in carbs & calories - but oh so good!)
- Combine the following ingredients in a blender:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
-
2 cups half & half or milk
-
1 tbsp Chocolate syrup
-
1 tbsp Swiss Mocha instant coffee
-
1/2 cup Christian Brothers Brandy
-
3/4 cup Irish Whiskey
-
1/2 tsp Almond Extrac
-
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
MIX completely
-
CHILL
-

DIVA~ nade • A real doozy...watch out Divas, these can sneak up on you! Great for hot summer afternoons on the deck or chillin’ in the hot tub. WARNING: If you have not passed the mandatory course “Diva in Training 101”, we highly recommend sipping in moderation. We recently experienced a “Diva Down” (see Diva-isms) emergency with our Public Relations Consultant, “Market-fresh”…no more DIVA~nades for her until she receives her Diva Diploma!
- Rinse in cold water and place large, tall (preferably 16oz.) glasses in freezer for about 15 minutes to ½ hour. When the glasses are nice and frosty, remove and fill with crushed ice to the brim.
- Add several ounces (this is where it gets dangerous) of Skyy™ Citrus Vodka.
- Fill with low-sugar, low-carb Crystal Light lemonade.
- Add a lemon wedge and enjoy!
